Shipping and returns

Shipping is via NZ Post / Couriers:

Rates for small packages (generally up to four pieces):
South Island - $12.50
North Island - $15.50

Rates for medium packages (generally four to six pieces):
South Island - $12.50
North Island - $23.00

Larger orders (more than six pieces) - flat rate of $25.00

 

Rural delivery add $5.70 to the above rates

 

Westport/Carters Beach, I can drop off for free.

If you need overnight or Saturday delivery just contact me via this website and I'll do what I can!

As I'm just starting out, shipping is only within New Zealand.

Returns:

Each piece is carefully made to high standards, but if your order arrives with a flaw or damage, I’ll do my best to replace it. Please keep in mind that slight variations in form and glaze are to be expected—these natural irregularities are part of what makes handmade ceramics unique.
